Rental Terms

​

General reservation terms

​​

  • ​​​​Making reservations for the rental of the Sunchill is possible by booking with whatsapp, by e-mail or by telephone. Reservations are only valid after confirmation by RentaSunchillCW.

​

  • Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made in advance by bank transfer, cash or card, prior to the rental.

​

  • The Renter will need to sign our rental agreement upon pickup/delivery​​

​

  • When renting, showing a valid ID is mandatory. Unfortunately, we cannot provide material without proof of identity. RentaSunchillCW will not provide your information to third parties.​​

​

Deposit 

​

  • ​The Sunchills are subject to a security deposit. That means a $200 security deposit must be provided / payed  for by the Renter before the Sunchill will be supplied.

​

  • Your deposit will be refunded if there is no damage or loss. 

​

  • If you notice damage to the Sunchill before use, you must report this.​

​

  • In the event of damage, the Renter is liable for the resulting costs which will be deducted from the deposit.​

​

  •  In case of loss, theft or irraparable damage during the period it is in the Renter's possession and control, $500 will be charged for compensation. So never leave the Sunchill unattended anywhere.

​

Late arrival

​

  • Renters are required to return the Sunchill at the  previously agreed time and location. If the Renter does not make it to the agreed time they must inform RentaSunchillCW at this number +599 9511 9966. If no call is made we will charge the Renter $25 for every 30 minutes the Renter is late. 

​

Cancellation policy

​

  • Renters can cancel their rental booking. Rentals cancelled within 24 hours of the start date are eligible for a 100% refund. Rentals cancelled with less then 24 hour before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund or 100% credit towards future rental.

  • Cancelation must be done by whatsapp or calling us at +599 9511 9966

​

  • In case of a no show without cancelation there will be no refund unless RentaSunchillCW has agreed otherwise.

​

  • When bad weather is forecasted on the day of the reservation, it is free to rebook another date. Rebooking is only possible by contacting RentaSunchillCW by telephone or whatsapp. By bad weather it is understood to mean storms or/and heavy continuing rainfall.

​

  • Returning the Sunchill earlier than the drop-off time will unfortunatly not result in a refund issued for time not used.

​

Liability

​

  • RentaSunchillCW would like to point out that the Sunchill is a water floaty NOT a lifesaving device. It offers no protection against drowning. It should be used by swimmers only and only in calm protected water.

​

  • Renter is 16 years or older or accompanied by an adult. Children are at all times fully under the responsibility of the parents or their guardians, so do not leave children unattended while the Sunchill is in use. It is not a toy. We always recommend a lifejacket and close adult supervision for all children in the water. â€‹â€‹

​

  • RentaSunchillCW would advise you to take the current into account. The Sunchill comes with a cord with which you can attach the Sunchill to an object of your choice if necessary. RentaSunchillCW would recommend you to stay in calm water to reduce the risk of drifting. When the Sunchill is used in open water it must be secured to a boat to prevent drifting.

  • ​​​RentaSunchillCW is not liable for material and/or immaterial damage as a result of an accident or injury/injuries to the Renters/or third parties.

​

  • RentaSunchillCW accepts no liability for damage, loss or theft of property of the Renters and/or third parties.

​

  • The use of the Sunchill is entirely at the Renters's own expense and risk. RentaSunchillCW will not be held liable for any personal injury, death, damage, consequential damage of any nature, regardless of the cause, prior to, during or as a result of renting a SunChill.​​​​​
