How do I make a reservation?

​

​That's easy. Just send us an e-mail, call or simply use whatsapp to get in touch with us. We just need to know your name, pickup or delivery and which and how many days you want to chill. We will send you all the information you need and then you are almost good to go for making some fun memories.

Can I rent the Sunchill for more then one day?

 

Yes, you can. But make sure to make a reservation on time, especially when you want to chill for more then one day. Contact us and we will be very happy to see what's possible.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

 

Yes, when you book your Sunchill you need to sign a waiver and provide a safety deposit of $200 which will be refunded when the Sunchill is returned.

Do you also apply local rates?

 

Yes, we sure do! We have custom local rates for Curaçao residents. Contact us and we will provide you the prices. All you need to do is show us your SEDULA.

How do we pay for our rental?

​

Easy! You can pay by cash, bank transfer or card. We have a mobile ATM device so also in case of delivery, safe payment with your bank- or creditcard.

​Can I pickup the Sunchill at location? 

 

Yes. The Sunchills can be picked up and dropped off  at our location at Scherpenheuvel. Just a 10 minute car ride from Jan Thiel and Mambo beach. 

​

 

Can you deliver the Sunchill to me at location?

 

Yes, we can but it depends on where you're staying what we charge for the drop off and pickup trip. If you need your Sunchill near Jan Thiel, Mambo beach, Spaanse Water we will charge $10. When it is at, lets say Cas Abou beach, we need to charge $25. Just contact us and we will make it happen.

 

 

Will you setup the Sunchill when you deliver?

No, setup is not included but we will instruct you so it should be easy breezy. And we can always provide you with an instruction video.

​Can I buy a Sunchill?

​

Yes, we are excited to say that we are the official, exclusive, authorized dealership of Sunchill here on Curaçao. We are so lucky here on the island because everyday is a Sunchill day. So for all you water lovers out there who are looking for the most fun and most relaxing way to enjoy the sun while chilling on the water, contact us and we can set you up with your own Sunchill.

 

 

Is is it save for children?

 ​

Yes, kids love the Sunchill. Good luck getting them out of it. Of course we always recommend a lifejacket and close adult supervision for all children in the water. 

 

 

Can I prevent drifting?

​

​​Absolutely! RentaSunchillCW would advise you to take the current into account. The Sunchill comes with a leash with which you can attach the Sunchill to an object of your choice for your convenience. RentaSunchillCW would recommend you to stay in calm water to reduce the risk of drifting. Fortunately, our beautiful island has many stunning, shallow bays where you can relax. When the Sunchill is used in open water it must be secured to a boat to prevent drifting.

​Is there a pump included?

​​​

Of couse. It is a portable hand pump wich inflates on both the up and down strokes. This makes it quick and easy. It takes about 90 seconds to inflate to 6 PSI. The instructions are also on the pump, make sure to check it out when in doubt.

​

We recommend you always to use the pump we provide you with, to avoid damage and just as easy. 

Tip: keep the pump in the bag while chilling, so it doesn't get lost. We will need it back for other Sunchill lovers to pump up theirs.

Does the Sunchill come in a bag?

 

​Yes it does and it's super handy. The bag has a shoulder strap and the top of the bag is purposely left a bit open for some airflow, so we don't have to deal with nasty smells. It fits the Sunchill and the pump easily because the bag is a bit oversized, so no smooching.

​

 

Is it heavy to carry around?

​

Nope, not really. Designed to be deployed quickly and stored with ease, the Sunchill weighs just 18 pounds and rolls up to the size of a sleeping bag.

What is the size of the Sunchill?

​

The inflated size is about 8 feet (2,45 cm) in diameter and 5 inches (12,5 cm) high. The deflated size is 20 x 12 x 10 inches (51cm x 30cm x25 x). 

​

How many people does it fit?

 

​Depends on how cozy you want to get. 4 adults is very comfortable, 5 or 6 adults works fine, you'll just be a little close. More than 6 adults is not something we can recommend, but if you're having yourself a party with a few extra friends, why not?

​​Where can we go for the best Sunchilling?

​

That's up to you. We do have beautiful spots we can recommend but you are free to use the Sunchill wherever you want. Do keep in mind that the Sunchill is to be used in calm waters only and is not a life saving device.

Can I ty the Sunchill to a boat or a dock?

 

Yes, you sure can! The Sunchill is constructed with 3 stainless steel D-rings permanently attached along the edge, perfect for making mooring knots. Whether you're tying the Sunchill to a boat or a dock, we've got you covered.

Can the Sunchill be used as a "fun tube" behind a boat?

 

No, the Sunchill is not suitable for being raced with high speed behind a (speed)boat or jetski.The name kinda says it, you can have the best of times and even go bananas but the keyword is chill. High speed racing with the Sunchill is not allowed. It's a floaty not a speedy.
